If you cannot wait until the next work break to eat something even if you aren’t hungry you probably have some weight issues. Being overweight is a major problem and health issue. You should do something to keep in check your weight and even lose some weight.
The simplest thing you can do is to stop snacking on something every time you have the opportunity, especially during work breaks. While you take a break from work you should relax yourself, chat with a friend, not stuff yourself full of everything found in the vending machine.
To shed your weight you have to change your eating habits and lifestyle. Try taking a long walk, do some breathing exercises or listen to an audio book or some piece of music instead of gobbling down a chocolate bar or some other junk food readily available.
